This Season's Backdrop Is...
Tips for a smooth picture day
1. We find children take better pictures after they have been dropped off and given a chance to acclimate to being in school with their friends. If you do decide to stay, please don't stand behind the photographer. Standing behind the photographer puts a stranger between you and your child and distracts them from looking into the camera.
2. We recommend dressing your child in bright, solid colors (but NOT extra bright, neon colors). Busy patterns tend to be distracting.
3. If we are taking pictures over multiple days at your school and you have a conflict with the day your child is scheduled, please email us and notify your school's administration that you need to make a change. We can can accommodate, no problem! Just please, notify us in advance.
Viewing Proofs and Ordering Pictures
Approximately one week after the last day that we are taking pictures at your school, you will receive an email from us with a link and password to your private viewing gallery. If you DO NOT received an email around this time, it is most likely for one of these reasons: It is either in your spam folder or we did not get pictures of your child for some reason. Please contact us and we can verify it for you.
Feel free to share the password with family and friends but note that your favorites and the items in your shopping cart will be attached to this password.
Pictures will be available to order on our website for two weeks. There is an early bird special of 5% off if you order within the first weekend.
When you log into your gallery, you'll see a gallery expiration date. Orders placed before the expiration date will be delivered to the school at no charge. Orders placed on or after the expiration date will have to be shipped to your home separately for a fee, usually $6.
Delivery
Pictures with the school pick-up option will be delivered to the school approximately two weeks after the gallery expiration date.
If you need the pictures sooner than that, choose the shipping option and your order will be sent straight to the lab and mailed to your home.
